Camp Scrap Butterfly 2

I've been trying to do more work with my art journal, so decided the butterfly challenge was a good one to use with this. We learned a technique in my class, where we took a sheet from a magazine and had to choose just three words.  I chose generations, etiquette and respect.  We circled our words, and then gessoed over the rest of the words.

I started by melting some crayons at the top of the pages, and heating it more to let it run down.  Next, I used a template and misted the background with purple. Then chose some images that I felt represented my words, stamped and added in butterflies and moths.

"Life isn't about finding yourself, Life is about creating yourself"
