Camp Scrap-Confetti Burst

Well, the first day of Camp Scrap was rainy and gray so I decided to make a bright, colorful card inspired by May's idea of a confetti burst:

First I needed some confetti. I pulled out small scraps of colored cardstock and using two sizes of hole punches, I just punched out a bunch of circles. Then I printed the sentiment onto white cardstock, added a piece of 1" Incredi-tape across it and sprinkled on the confetti.

 I added some wet adhesive dots (using a toothpick) and placed a few stray pieces of confetti.

I was liking the effect so much that I decided to add a confetti strip to a little glassine bag that has a small note tucked inside.

Super simple, quick and fun!
