Try this

If you're like me, you might have lots of chipboard letters that sit unused in a bottom drawer. I had been wanting to try out this idea for awhile now. I spelled out Hello on the front of a card, adhered them, and then painted over the entire piece.

Here's the simple, finished card.

Easy way to finally use up some of those letters.

  1. Sheila,

I love this idea to use up my chipboard!! Such a cute card. What kind of adhesive did you use to adhere the letters?

  2. Lynda,

The letters actually had adhesive on the backs already but it wasn't all that sticky (maybe because they had sat in my drawer for years), so I just used my tape runner on them. You could also use a glue stick, run them through a Xryon, or just use what you already have. It'll work! Try it.
