Totally Distressing...with inks of course!

I finally finished my tag book that I started in class with Tim Holtz at Absolutely Everything in May! And I am lovin it! I thought I would share some of my pages here.
We learned so many techniques from Tim Holtz in this class. Above is one...adding a flap that opens up. Seemed like the perfect place to put in a photo of Tim :)
I ran out of letters, so cut some to spell "Tim". In class we distressed, stamped, added in these vintage photos, made ribbons, so I had a good chunk of it done. But, I had so much fun recently just adding in the photos and all the rest of the ephemera. The proof sheet worked out perfectly to add a lot of photos into a small space, like the one of Mario here.
Mary, Sue and I went to the beaches multiple times in between classes, so I had to add that in here. Also, if you ever get to Absolutely Everything in Topsfield, MA...check out the bathroom...they have these great sayings and designs on the wall, so, yep, they are in here too.
Back cover...I just love this simple technique Tim taught us- layer a brad, safety pin and washer - you can just add as is, or they make a great charm holder. I would sign up for another class with Tim and his very helpful assistant Mario, in a New York minute! Thanks guys for a wonderful and memorable class!!!
