My husband recently asked me to make him some thank you cards, so I wanted to come up with a masculine design, but lets me play also.
Blueprint stamp set "Vintage Things" and thought the typewriter image would evoke a message that would work to say thank you. I was looking at Tim Holtz's blog and saw his post on making a patina background, so wanted to try it out myself. I did not have everything, but knew I could experiment.
Distress Inks and water, then Distress Paints on top of that. Since I did not have the Metallic Paint, I thought why not try the metallic ink instead?
