Floral Bliss: Simon Says Stamp June Card Kit

Simon Says Stamp's June Card Kit is a beauty! Perfect for celebrations and weddings. I used the kit to make this card for a friend who will be retiring this month. I stamped the floral image, then watercolored it with worn lipstick distress oxide ink and the Daniel Smith watercolor samples that came with the kit. Then, I rubbed a bit of the distress oxide on my craft sheet, spritzed it and laid the card into it being careful to not go into my floral area too much. 

I used Simon's Black dye ink and White pigment ink, as well as a water brush - these items were not part of the kit.

I also wanted to add a bit of a design on the inside of the card, and this was where my MISTI really came in handy. I have plenty of space to write a note here.
