Simon Says Add Metal

 

 Hello Monday, my friends! And welcome to another weeek on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Thank you for joining us for the  Inspired By Music Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

This week the challenge is: ADD METAL

Just add some metal to your make this week, a charm, a metallic sheen, foil, whatever you like!  

Summer is winding down, but the insects have still been singing at night, which inspired my insect themed ATCs. 

I stamped a sheet of images from the Field Notes stamp and cut out to fit my ATC. I also stamped some toadstools and fussy cut then to add.

I spritzed Vintage Rust over them.

Next, I added white splatter. I do tend to get carried away with this step, lol!

I layered on my Funky Insects, sentiments, and my metal bugs. I rubbed gold gouache over the metal to coordinate with the gold on the die cut.
