I will echo...echo...echo...Sheila's congratulations to Tara and Tiffany at Captured Moments for their five year anniversary!
You ladies have done an awesome job - thanks so much!! Thanks also to Nick, their dad, who often helps out at the store, and made the world's best lasagna for the crop! I don't want to forget Maria, their mom who made the celebration cake - yum-o! I just had to include this photo of the brunch spread these sisters put on - WOW! is all I can say! All homemade and delicious!
As I have mentioned before, I look forward to these monthly crops. I organize and pack the night before, so that I can wake up early in the morning, get there on time and start scrapbooking. Well, honestly, when I first get there I chat a bit, take my time setting up, and then start. It is ALWAYS a fun-filled day spent with friends and crafting - what could be better!
Here are a couple of the projects I worked on at the crop. Michelle and I made Halloween witches hats together for the upcoming craft sale in Northville, NY, so you can see where we started with the painting, and the final product.
The other big project I worked on was this cupcake album. It was a kit from the store, and again, you can see where I began, and where I ended. What a fabulous day!
Maura, LOVE your cupcake album. That is so cute! Can't wait to see it filled with photos and journaling.
