My neighbor's mother is celebrating her 94th birthday today. I was asked to make 50+ cupcakes for the occasion and I thought that they deserved a little sprucing up. So, I made these simple cupcake toppers with some birthday rubber stamps, leftover paper scraps and toothpicks. Simple....but effective for bringing a smile to someone's face.
