Finally....

Usually I already have my cards finished and sent by this time for the holidays. However, this year my idea didn't come to me until yesterday. I always make a prototype first, trying out colors, placement of the elements, embellishments, etc. Once I am happy with it, I work assembly line style. Here is part of that process...


Once I put all the pieces together, I ended up with this design for this year's Christmas cards. I love the primitive, rustic style to it. Now off to mail them!
