Here is a cute little recipe book I created to be used as a gift. I cut 6" x 6" pieces of chipboard and covered with patterned paper. I then added the black mats which could be written on directly with a white pen, or print out your recipe on cardstock and attach to the page.
Decorate the pages with some chipboard or stickers, punch one hole in the top corner and add eyelets for durability. Put on a binder ring to hold the pages together, add a few ribbons, and voila - there you have it! A quick gift for a friend, a newlywed, a mother in law, or yourself.
Happy cooking!
I LOVE your recipe book! Great idea as a gift. And it can easily be made with supplies that are already in our stash. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeletewhere did you find the cute salt and pepper shakers on the front??
ReplyDeleteHi Lisa!
ReplyDeleteThey were actually part of the paper design. I used a little diamond glaze to make them stand out a bit more. They are my favorite part!
