Last year I made these Pull Up Treats for St. Patrick's Day. The tutorial is HERE on Splitcoast Stampers and they are quick and easy to make. When you pull up on the ribbon tied at the top, a large candy bar appears. The tutorial is for the Hershey Big Bars, but once you get the hang of these, it is easy to scale down to fit smaller treats also.
The only hint I have is that sometimes you do need to put a little tag or label that you are supposed to pull the ribbon. Otherwise, people try to untie it or tear it. We wouldn't want that!
