Flip Flops - must be summer!

What does a crafty person do with a pile of colorful dollar store flip flops?
Make them into a wreath for her friend's birthday who LOVES flip flops, that's what!
Easy project, I just glued the flip flops to a base, added some flowers, buttons, ribbons, and bling. I hope she enjoys her wreath this summer!
