Here is the second card I made with the new Spring Flowers set in the new Simon Says Stamp Release "Reason to Smile." Be sure to check out all the fun items in the new release. It's perfect for today, because it is also my sister Sheila's birthday - HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SHEILA!
I randomly stamped the flowers and used my watercolors, then layered a piece of vellum on top and popped on a few more blossoms. Lots of spring cheer here!
