Home Decor Prima Style!

Welcome friends to another Monday!

This week we are making home decor items or something to decorate our homes. We are celebrating Prima and would love to see you use Prima in your project if you have some! If not, just have fun making something for your home and be sure to share it with us.

Join me in giving our guest designer Kassa a warm welcome! She will be joining us for the month of May!

I loved this rusty birdcage from Prima as soon as I saw it, and this week was the one to use it!

I debated leaving it nice and rusty, because I love it just like it is, but...I got some new Art Alchemy metallique paints, that I just had to try!

Of course, I also had to try out the new Opal Magic, so I used that on the cute bird that comes with the cage. Love the iridescence!

I stenciled with Jet Black Archival ink on the painted metal surface.

Stamped some butterflies, stenciled the word "fly", and added some Prima wood icons.

More stamping on the back, first with paint, then ink.

I LOVE these new stamps and metal pieces from Prima - Stamp-N-Add Moth Wings! Loved this spigot for the body, how ingenious is that idea from Prima, to package these together!

I added some hand dyed ribbon, a Prima flower and some metal charms - artful life.

So what do you think my little bird is dreaming of? Getting out of the birdcage and flying away? Wondering when little ones will hatch? Or maybe the birdie is just happy in it's beautiful home!

It's your turn now to make something beautiful for your home, and Prima has so many amazing products to help you! Hope you join us in the challenge, and be sure to share!
