Four Legged Friends

Hello Monday, my friends! And welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Thank you for joining us for the  Use Morre Than One Stencil  Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

It's been wonderful having Thom Santilla with us this month. I hope you enjoyed his fresh style as much as I did.

This week the challenge is: FOUR LEGGED FRIENDS

My inspiration. These are my grand pups Rowan and Nessie. The cats are more elusive when it comes to getting their picture taken. I just love my grand pups and kitties!

I was well along into creating my pages when I realized I forgot to take photos. Oops! I stamped the images and words and then went in to color the cats and dogs and background with Scribble Sticks. As you can see if you look closely, I've become a color outside the lines gal with my low vision. It has kind of forced me to embrace imperfection

I wanted a fun background, so went over it with a stencil and a blend of colors.

I added names of my grands to the pups and kitties here, plus a bit of journaling.

Then, I thought it would be fun to add the paintbrush and color my world to finish this off.

Of course, my grands are not quite so colorful as these except in personalitiy.
