Let's Set a Date

January, a new year, a time of new beginnings. What better time than now to make your own calendar! I took a calendar from a health organization and covered it with patterned paper then made the month tabs with my Round Tab Stampin Up punch.
I made pockets inside the front and back covers - very handy to keep those little slips of paper I seem to end up with. The striped paper covers part of the cover and then I brought the front flap over and only adhered the top and bottom to make the pocket.
I added the die cut trees from the coordinating "Little Sprout" Crate Papers. "Plan" letters are die cut, and since they seemed a bit plain to me, I used my white pen to spice them up a bit. I am using my new calendar to keep track of all my crafting plans.
