Let The Light Shine in 2023!

 

 Hello Monday my friends! And welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Thank you for joining us for the  Party Time Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

DREAM A LITTLE

I created a slimline card with a light and nature theme reminiscent of the wintry days here.

Well, I really dropped the ball on process photos as this is the only one I have. I stamped the images on watercolor paper, colored them with Tim Holtz Watercolor pencils, and added some touches with colored pencils later when dry. 

 

I die cut some lovely additions to use on my card, and also found some bits and bobs from Studio Light's Out of This World Paper Elements to add in. 

I used Studio Light's lovely lamp stamp and colored it, then nestled it among some evergreen branches. I tried out Simon Says Stamp's new velvet paper, which die cut beautifully. (it's the card green branches)

I tucked in a cute little owl...
