It's Our 13th BIrthday!!

 Hello Monday, my friends! And welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Thank you for joining us for the  Architecture/Buildings Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

This week the challenge is: BIRTHDAY (OUR 13TH)!

It's our 13th birthday at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! Celebrate with us as we round the bend into the teen years, lol! 

I do love these tags from Studio Light! I began by painting it with Sage acrylic paint, brushing on a light layer.

Once the tag was dry, I blended in oranges and pinks with the beautiful White Lily stencil from AALL and Create. I actually added a couple of layers with this, adding yellow to the top layer to brighten it up.

I stamped on some foliage images with a coordinating ink, and an older stamp set from AALL and Create called Foliage.

Next up, this lovely washi tape from AALL and Create. 

I stamped the Dashing Crow from AALL and Create onto Simon's Color Blend paper, then fussy cut it. I popped the crown up on the tag with foam tape.

The big bold numbers are cut from Simon's Holographic paper.

I thought this quote was appropriate for a birthday.

I added a couple of hand dyed ribbons to the tag and edged it in brown ink.
