I wanted to try out May Flaum's technique of ink on glossy cardstock that she shared for yesterday's Camp Scrap post. I didn't have any glossy paper in my stash but I did find some old square notecards that weren't quite glossy but I just went with it since I'm trying to use supplies that I already have. I inked up a background flourish stamp with the archival black, stamped it, let it dry and the applied the Distress Inks on top of it. To give it more interest I embossed it with my Cuttlebug and then cut it into a tag shape.
Then I sanded it to distress it a bit and added a touch of black ink to the edges. I colored the little wooden stars and the twine with a black Sharpie.
Oh, my,my! Love it!! I really like how you added the embossing, and then sanded and distressed it. Great share!
