Paint 4x4 chipboard with blue paint.
I really wanted to try out my new Gelatos, so used them on this Tim Holtz stamp in 3 colors.
Here you can see the stamped effect. I like how the Gelatos give it a little sheen and sparkle.
Next, I just drew some waves and used several colors. I did not worry too much at this stage what it looked like.
Use the blending tool and smudge the colors a bit to blend.
I triple stamped the fish with a couple of colors and stamped the worm on the hook.
I added a bit of color to the fish with some colored pencils.
It still needed some depth, so I stamped the fish on some printed words, cut the clock out, and popped them up.
Still looking for some more dimension, so I added some thick layers of Distress Stickles in several colors to the waves .
