Happy STAMPtember, friends!!! Welcome to the blog celebration!! We have many, many designers sharing their creations with you today, so be sure to check out all the wonderful inspiration!
Yes, it is finally here...our month long celebration of stamping! You are in for a treat, starting with this fabulous release by Simon Says Stamp which you can check out HERE. There are prizes galore and here is a special one just for you! Go on a scavenger hunt and check out all the blogs in the party to find more!
Did you know Simon collaborates with many stamp companies all month long, to create very special stamps just for Stamptember? If you see one you love, be sure to get it, because these collaborations are limited in supply.
My first card can be used as a money holder for a special gift. I used watercolor right on the stamp, spritzed it very lightly, then stamped on watercolor paper.
On the inside, I also included the stamped design, and cut a small semi circle to slip the check or cash into the pocket. You could also write a letter and fold it up to insert.
I stamped white on black and black on white, then cut into squares to layer over each other. A bit of doodling, happy birthday stamping, and your card is done.
For my third card, I cut the stamped B&W papers into triangles, layered them and added some bling. I stamped the Thank You and added a couple of strips of black paper to complete the look.
So there you have it - one stamp, three cards! If you check yesterday's post, you can see the fourth card I created with this great background stamp. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
I hope you are having a fabulous time checking out all of the awesome inspiration in our STAMPtember blog celebration! HERE is a link to the party!!
