 Hello Monday, my friends! And welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Thank you for joining us for the  LOTS OF TEXTURE  Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

This week the challenge is: MASCULINE

I just got back from seeing my eye specialists in New York City. My sister and I take the train, and Tim's Inspector stamp set reminds me of the train conductors. Also, I had to pull this patterned paper to use, because it says New York.  I just want to give a big shout out to all the Amtrak personnel who assisted me on my journey - You are the BEST!!.

I began by stamping my images and adding some color with Tombow Markers Next, I fussy cut them. Later, I added some gold accents to the images with a pen. 

I added the paper from Tim Holtz's Abandoned paper pack. I cut out a piece of his fabric (love this!) to layer, and another piece to tie at the top.  Next, I popped my images to add to the tag.  

I decided I wanted some more texture, so added some Brass texture paste with the Code stencil.  

I added glossy accents to his goggles and the dials, and a quote. 

ADVENTURE IS WORTHWHILE

 Even though the focus of our trips to New York City are to see the eye specialists, we always turn it into an adventure. This trip we stayed in Chinatown, went to great restaurants, museums, and did some shopping too. Glad to have my TRAIN CONDUCTORS to assist me on my journey!
