Simon Says: Stamp It/STAMPtember!

Hello Monday, my friends! Are you immersing yourself in Simon Says STAMPtember? I know I am!  Our challenge this week at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge is: STAMP IT/STAMPTEMBER, just perfect for this month. So, it's time to stamp and pull out those STAMPtember goodies.

I received the lovely Filigree Squirrel die to create with from the lovely folks at Simon Says Stamp.
You may have already seen some of my creations using this die, but if you missed it, you can check them out HERE

Naughty Squirrel!

I wanted to figure out a way to do more with my die cut, and came up with a way to stencil and stamp with it. Here's a little video I made explaining it.

Using Distress Spray Stains...

"Stamping" with the squirrel after the sprays...

Card made with the stenciling technique...

Squirrels for your potted plants (as if you don't have enough already, right?) - these are the squirrels I made using the stamping technique and attached to skewers.

Happy squirrel taking in the sunshine...

I hope I've inspired you to think outside of the box a bit with your dies! Please join us this week in our celebration of STAMPtember! Our generous friends at Simon Says Stamp offer a shopping voucher to a lucky participant.
